Non-returnable items
Due to the nature of the soaps and for hygiene purposes, we are not able to offer a refund on any products unless they are faulty. However your rights in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 still applies.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are happy to offer you an equivalent replacement.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
The replacement will only be made when we receive the original product within 7 days of request of return. It is your responsibility to pay for the price of postage and postage must be done through a trackable service. Royal Mail Signed For, as an example. If you fail to send your product(s) back without using a trackable service we may not issue your refund.
Please note in the event that your purchased soap is no longer available, we will exchange it for a similar soap.
Eligibility for a return
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@beeinnature.earth. You will have to pay for your own postage. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
